The Vestry Story
The Vestry was created from a simple idea: creating somewhere that felt a little different.
After the challenges of Covid, we opened our doors in April 2021 with a vision for a salon that was about more than just hair. We wanted to create a space where you could slow down, feel comfortable and enjoy the experience of being looked after.
Rather than being another salon on the high street, The Vestry was created as a destination in its own right — somewhere you could step away from the everyday and have a little time for yourself.
There was also a simple idea behind bringing hair and beauty together under one roof — making looking after yourself a little easier. Somewhere the whole family could visit, where you could have your hair done while also being able to book your beauty appointments in the same place.
Sustainability was another important part of the vision from the very beginning. We wanted to create a beautiful salon while being more conscious about the products we used and the impact we had on the environment.
What started as an idea has grown into the salon we have today — a place where hair, beauty and a little time for yourself come together, all within a space designed to make every visit feel a little different.
